AirShelf Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

AirShelf is committed to protecting your privacy. Our application follows these principles:

1.1 Information We DO NOT Collect

• We do not collect your personal identification information
• We do not collect any content you save in the app (text, files, images, links, etc.)
• We do not track your usage behavior
• We do not use any third-party analytics tools

1.2 Information We May Collect

• Subscription Information: Processed through Apple's App Store, we only know if you are a Pro subscriber
• Crash Reports: If the app crashes, the system may automatically generate crash reports (you can choose whether to send them)

2. Data Storage

2.1 Local Storage

• All your saved content is stored locally on your device by default
• Uses Apple's SwiftData framework for local data management
• Data exists only in the app sandbox and cannot be accessed by other apps

2.2 iCloud Sync (Pro Feature)

• When you enable cloud sync, data is synced through your iCloud account
• Data transmission uses end-to-end encryption
• All synced data is stored only in your private iCloud storage
• We cannot access any data stored in your iCloud
• Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy also applies

3. Data Usage

We will NOT:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising
• Analyze or mine your saved content

4. Data Security

4.1 Local Protection

• Uses device-level encryption to protect local data
• Follows Apple platform security best practices

4.2 Cloud Protection

• iCloud sync uses Apple-provided encrypted transmission
• Data is stored in your private iCloud space, protected by Apple's security measures

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Apple Services

We use the following Apple services:

• App Store / StoreKit: To process subscriptions and in-app purchases
• iCloud / CloudKit: For Pro user data synchronization

These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your payment information.

5.2 No Other Third Parties

• We do not integrate any third-party advertising networks
• We do not integrate any third-party analytics services
• We do not use any third-party data processing services

6. Children's Privacy

AirShelf is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

7.1 Data Control

• You can delete any content in the app at any time
• You can choose to enable or disable iCloud sync
• You can delete the app and all its local data at any time

7.2 Subscription Management

• Subscriptions are handled by Apple; you can manage them in "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions" on your device
• Canceling a subscription will not delete your local data

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted in the app and on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
