AirShelf Terms of Service

Welcome to AirShelf! Before using this application, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using this application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

1.1 Application Features

AirShelf is a temporary storage application that allows you to:

• Save and manage files, images, text, and links
• Sync data across Apple devices (Pro feature)
• Search and organize your saved content

1.2 Service Scope

• Free Version: Save the last 10 items, local storage only
• Pro Subscription: Unlimited history, iCloud sync

1.3 Service Availability

We strive to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or force majeure events may cause temporary service unavailability.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Lawful Use

You agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful purposes
• Not upload, store, or share any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing content
• Not use the application for activities that violate any laws or regulations
• Take full responsibility for content you save in the application

2.2 Account Security

• Your Apple ID and iCloud account are managed by Apple
• You are responsible for protecting your device and account security
• Any activities conducted through your account are considered your actions

2.3 Content Ownership

• You retain complete ownership of all content saved in the application
• We do not claim any rights to your content
• You are responsible for backing up important data

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
• Subscription prices are clearly displayed in the application
• All payments are processed by Apple; we do not store your payment information

3.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
• Renewal charges will be deducted from your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
• You can manage subscriptions in "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions" on your device

3.3 Free Trial

• If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period ends
• You can cancel anytime within 24 hours before the trial ends without charge

3.4 Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• We cannot directly process refund requests
• Please apply for refunds through Apple Support

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Application Ownership

AirShelf application and all its content, features, and code are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and use the application on your personal devices
• For personal, non-commercial use only

4.3 Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the application
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the application
• Use the application for commercial purposes or resale
• Create derivative works or competing products

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Privacy Protection

• Your privacy is paramount to us
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for data processing details
• We do not access, collect, or share your saved content

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

• The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee the application is error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure
• You use the application at your own risk

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, business interruption
• Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months

7. Service Changes and Termination

7.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any application features at any time.

7.2 Terms Changes

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time
• Significant changes will be notified via in-app notifications or email
• Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Apple Services

The application relies on services provided by Apple:

• App Store (app distribution and subscription management)
• iCloud / CloudKit (data synchronization)
• StoreKit (in-app purchases)

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict of law principles).

9.2 Dispute Resolution Method

In the event of a dispute, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.
